We have developed the unique and innovative character of our cellar visit by integrating, within our century-old cellars and our workspace, elements of the most technical and modern devices of the world of the show: light shows, show Sound and Light, 3D animation videos ... etc ... while remaining very attached to the transmission of our know-how that we communicate by accompanying visitors in their discovery of our sparkling wines. Guided tour, combining pedagogy and fun discovery: a "duality" of traditional strong of our 152 years of experiences. This visit is a dynamic exchange between the guide and the visitor to spend a "good moment" and transmit the know-how. 1 hour of visit + tasting

We produce AOC sparkling wines from Limoux (method identical to Champagne) and processors of Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux. We exist since 142 years this year, the same falmily for 6 generations. Our Crémants and Blanquettes are AOC wines , produced in our 26 hectares of vines divided into three areas: Saint-Jean, La Lagaste and Taich.
